Providing wide-ranging support to people of all ages

Helping build confidence and address barriers to work

Training on CV preparation, interview and presentation skills

Employment Team Services

We work with unemployed and under-employed people of all ages, including those who are furthest from the jobs market, to support and empower them to develop and maintain the confidence and skills to get into work.

We recognise that worklessness does not exist in isolation, but is often both a cause and consequence of a host of issues and barriers, such as poor physical and mental health, low well-being and housing and immigration problems. With this in mind, we offer holistic support, using a combination of one-to-one sessions, group work, training, and advice and work placements to respond to the diverse and varied needs of individuals.

We offer many different services, helping the inexperienced or disadvantaged to get the most out of any opportunity, including:

  • Support to find employment
  • Support to gain skills/qualifications
  • Access to team building activities
  • Help to learn to drive
  • Information Advice & Guidance
  • A resource library

We are also able to deliver training on a range of topics including CV preparation, interview and presentation skills and confidence building.

Services to Employers

The team offers help and support to employers who have recruited our clients to vacancies.  This ensures a smooth transition into work and helps with any issues that could arise.

Additional Services

The team has strong links with all the additional services provided across re’new, this enables us to provide end-to-end support for our clients in the communities they live in.  This is vital to enable some of the barriers these people have to be overcome.
